Public Accountant graduated from the Ibero-American University and certified by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants of Mexico.

Prior to the creation of Grinberg & Asociados, Jorge developed his professional career in different tax consulting firms in Mexico and abroad, developing an important part of it in New York City, in the United States.

Jorge specializes in tax consulting for companies and individuals with investments in Mexico and abroad, and in general in the structuring of businesses in various industries and/or practices such as real estate, wealth, M&A, among others. He has played an important part in the implementation of corporate structures and restructurings, as well as in asset tax advice for various clients.

He is currently a Bachelor's degree professor in Accounting at the Universidad Panamericana Campus Mexico City. He is also an active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Association of Public Accountants of Mexico.
